Who is this skishark anyway? What does he believe in?
Well, Read about Skishark's Faith
He has dreams too. He dreams of brewing the finest of beers at home. HavaHomebrew
Other forms of slow cooking attract the Skishark. He makes cheeses from cow's milk.
He makes multi-grain bread. I always call the latest one SharkBrot. It's always changing.
I have to sprout and grind grains. Maybe a month if I hustle along with it.
I like to grow as much as I can out back, and if any time is left I pray you find
me skiing the hills of Litchfield. Or. . . Tricycling I got a SunTrike,
A SunTrike AX-3, recumbent delta trike with 24 speeds. Much like skiing in the hills of Litchfield.

Send me an e-mail: skishark@systemhalted.com

Come climbing with the skishark, or, at least read his report: Mount Algonquin

You are also invited to take a walking tour of the Sculpture Garden These are wood carvings created by my father Frank.

Here are the recipes I created, or collected and adjusted, Cookbook

Weblogs? Got two of them. Ski reports on conditions for skiing in sourthern Herkimer county.
My garden speaks to adventures in the same place in another season.
This is Allis I am riding on. An Allis-Chalmers Model G tractor
as old as the skishark. I use Allis to keep my home field mowed,
so it does not grow up into brush, and to clear out a few ski trails nearby.
